• Nursing: Our RNs/BSN are proficient in Diabetic care, education and training, wound care, enterostomal care, pulmonary nursing, infusion therapy, laboratory blood draw, and case management.
• Rehabilitation: We are equipped with competent and experienced Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists responsible for assessment of the patient's physical abilities and his home environment, with the intention of assisting the patient to achieve the highest functional independence level possible in the residential setting. Our therapists specialize in Geriatric Care, Wound Care, Orthopedics and Neurology. we have NDT certified and Wound Care specialists on board.
• Medical Social Services: We will provide social services to your clients who will need follow-up in the community. Our social worker is capable of arranging affiliations to community programs, meals-on-wheels, transportation, housing or placement referrals, and family counseling when needed.
• Home Health Aide Services: We will provide, if needed certified nursing assistants to assist our patients with their personal care and activities of daily living.
