Care Philosophy |
We
believe professionally managed home health care provides continuity
of care, allows earlier hospital discharge and promotes patient
dignity.

believe in the basic right of all patients to competent skilled
nursing and therapy care. Much can be accomplished medically, physically,
psychologically and socially to enable patients to lead more comfortable
and functional lives.

care plan is written especially for you by our nurses and therapists-
in conference with your physician.

first traffic light turn right on Crossland, enter gated community
