We Are Creating a New Filipino Directory!

Our directory is ten years old! And we are still on-line, Hallelujah!

We are re-building our on-line directory of Filipino-owned or Filipino-led organizations, businesses, and churches. Registration is much simpler because people get to do it without our intervention. And the directory is free.

There are hundreds, in fact thousands, of online Filipino directories like we have. The problem is most of the information are now obsolete. Some directory information go way back to late 1990s when on-line directories started gaining popularity. Many of those businesses have changed address or telephone, or simply stopped doing business.

A similar problem exists with community organizations and associations. Some no longer meet. Most have changed officers, and previous officers are no longer involved. If you call their number, you'll probably get a "wrong number" response.

With Filipino churches listed in old directories, the typical problem is they have moved and the contact information is no longer correct.

We ourselves are guilty of these sins, so we are renewing our directory to address these problem. To accomplish this we need to start removing old information and expand the directory by adding new information.

This will be the fourth time we are updating our directory. In the last change we made, two years ago, we added over 500 records of Christian fellowships around the world. This time we aim to add 2,500 records of Filipino-related businesses and organizations worldwide.

I hope this work will revive a lost respect for online Filipino directories. If you want to be in this new directory, simply fill up the form. You may share this form with friends. Our mission of "Bringing People Together" has not changed.
