Proven and successful tract record in engineering management and design. More than twenty five years of very extensive, varied and progressive engineering experiences. Progressively worked as design engineer, engineering manager, chief design engineer and vice president of engineering. Designed various structures and foundations to include communication structures, steel transmission structures, electric substation structures, industrial buildings, office buildings, air traffic control building, highway overhead sign support structures, etc. Member of the American Society of Civil Engineer Technical Committees that developed various design standards/codes and design guides which are currently being used in the engineering profession worldwide.

Professional Engineering Licenses:

• Licensed professional engineer in forty seven (47) states in US, including District of Columbia, the U.S. Territory of Guam, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Republic of the Philippines.
• Certified Welding Engineer by the Canadian Welding Bureau
• Professional engineering records certified by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
